We are looking for dedicated employees (m/f/d) for our renowned client at the Frankfurt am Main location for
seminar organization within the
direct placement in
full-time.
Your tasks will include:
- Administrative tasks in the organization and implementation of events
- Database maintenance and use of webinar tools
- Design of marketing activities such as website maintenance
- Contact person for seminar participants and speakers
- Assistance in the further development of our further education offerings
You bring with you:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. office clerk, event manager (m/f/d) or similar qualification
- First experience in the further education sector advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office and digital tools
- Very good German and good English skills
- Excellent selforganization and conscientious and structured way of working
