Montello Bank Trainee Program (m/f/d) 2024

You have completed at least a middle school education.

The program lasts for 2 1/2 years.

The training starts in August.

You can apply up to 1 year in advance.

Goal of the program:
After completing the program, you will work as a customer advisor in our branches.

You will learn the necessary technical knowledge through practical training and vocational school.

Consulting can be learned, and we will show you how.

Training schedule:

Practical training:

In our branches:
customer service, private customer consulting, asset consulting.

In the Sparkassen Carré:
back office, contract processing, corporate control, sales management.

Theoretical training:
At the Wilhelm-Schickard-Schule in Tübingen-Derendingen / block lessons: general and bank-specific economics, accounting, IT, German, English.

On top:
various seminars, workshops, and independent projects.

Requirements:
Do you have a sense for the needs of others?

Do you enjoy interacting with people?

Do you have excellent communication skills?

Can you be flexible in responding to customer requests?

Are you able to work independently and learn with a goal-oriented approach?

Can you present yourself well?
