    Join the Kerry Graves Allstate Agency, a leading insurance agency located in Edmond, Oklahoma. We are a dedicated team committed to providing exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships with our clients. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in helping individuals and families protect what matters most to them.

    In this role, you will engage with potential clients, identifying their insurance needs and offering personalized solutions. You will assist clients in selecting the right insurance policies, whether it is auto, home, or life insurance, and provide expert guidance throughout the process.

    Responsibilities

    Sales and Consultation: Build and maintain relationships with clients, assessing their insurance needs, and providing appropriate solutions.

    Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing accurate information.

    New Business Development: Generate new leads and proactively pursue sales opportunities to achieve individual and team targets.

    Policies and Coverage: Recommend and explain insurance policies, coverage options, and additional products to meet clients' specific needs.

    Premium Collection: Assist clients with premium payments and ensure accurate record-keeping.


    Requirements

    Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients

    Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed

    Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

    Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
