Your Responsibilities

  • As an experienced automation specialist, you and your team are responsible for batch automation in the chemical production industry in Five Forks, SC
  • You plan and oversee automation projects throughout the entire product life cycle, starting with the implementation of requirements into a basic concept, through detailed engineering, to testing and execution of automation at the plant, followed by acceptance and qualification
  • To ensure smooth process flow, you work closely with the internal quality assurance team, who provide you with the necessary information (data mining and data mapping) to make any necessary corrections
  • You write and create the necessary technical documents specific to the plant and maintain close communication with the plant suppliers

Your Skills

  • You have a degree in automation engineering or a comparable qualification / work experience
  • You have extensive knowledge of batchoriented operation / automation and control of chemical production plants
  • You are familiar with DIN EN S88 and S95) and have general knowledge of humanmachine communication (HMI)
  • You have experience in data mining and mapping of data requirements and machine connections
  • You are fluent in both German and English, both written and spoken
