- Plan and coordinate the social services aspects of the Family Resource Center, alongside members of the Health Services team
- Maintain community and agency partnerships, contracting, best practices, and project management.
- Work closely with other departments including Purchasing, Human Resources, Accounts Payable and Finance to meet or exceed the Unified Student Supports Department program objectives.
- Market and publicize the Family Resource Center (FRC) by attending meetings and participating in community panels and events.
- Create and provide outreach events to the community based on the needs of our IPS schools.
- Collect data and provide reporting on the success of each initiative.
- Create, evaluate, and monitor program components.
- Provide project management and/or participation as directed by the USS Officer for Student Services-related activities.
- Provide a high level of customer service to school staff, administration, students and parents, vendors, community partners as well as State, Federal, and local agencies.
- Other duties as assigned
- Attend community and school meetings.
- Create marketing materials and provide a social media presence to share information about events in the center.
- Build partnerships with service agencies to provide additional support for families.

- High level expertise with Microsoft Word, Excel, automated purchasing, financial/accounting software required
- Master's degree in Social Work (LCSW preferred), Master's degree in School Social Work, or similar
- Ten or more years of experience in at least two of the following areas: school social work, school counseling, licensed clinal social work, not-for-profit management, grant procurement, fiscal management, program development, or community and agency partnerships, preferably in the education sector.

We are looking for an administrator who will positively impact the families in IPS. In this role you will create community partnerships that are dedicated to helping students and their families overcome barriers that keep students from succeeding in school; coordinate family and youth support services as needed and resources permit.
