What awaits you:
  • You operate our ready-mix concrete plants to produce the concrete desired by the customer.
  • You also maintain and repair these production plants.
  • You ensure the quality of our products.
  • To ensure timely delivery to our customers, you organize the use of the mixer trucks.
  • You ensure the supply of raw materials to our production.
  • You analyze our concrete samples.
What you bring:
  • Good secondary school leaving certificate or intermediate school leaving certificate.
  • Manual dexterity and technical understanding.
  • Spatial imagination.
  • Enjoy planning and organizing.
Your conditions:
  • 40 hours/week.
  • 27 vacation days/year.
  • 912.00 €/1st year of apprenticeship up to 1,216.00 €/3rd year of apprenticeship.
  • Compensation according to collective bargaining agreement.
  • Christmas bonus.
  • Block school lessons in Erfurt, the costs for travel and accommodation are covered by SCHWENK.
