For our Le Crobag Shop Dresden, we are currently looking for a Shop Manager (m/f/d). Benefits:

Main responsibilities:
  • Responsible for sales and results of the shop
  • Leading a sales team to achieve company goals
  • Selection, motivation, and development of employees
  • Organization and implementation of a smooth daily routine in the shop, including inventory control and personnel planning
  • Providing excellent service, ensuring our quality and hygiene concept, and promoting the Le Crobag philosophy
  • Active participation in sales and production
Profile:
  • Ideally completed training and/or relevant work experience in the food industry, (system) gastronomy, or hotel industry
  • First leadership experience is an advantage
