Deputy Nursing Service Manager (m/f/d): Weinheim - Full-time

Your tasks:

Support the Nursing Service Manager in implementing care for our clients
You shape our organizational structure
You are on site with our patients and ensure optimal nursing and social care
You work on improving and implementing concepts in nursing
You create a good working atmosphere where everyone can perform at their best

What we expect:

You have completed training as a registered nurse (m/f/d)
Experience in management tasks or training as a Nursing Service Manager (m/f/d)
Class B driver's license
You are committed, a team player, and work with heart and passion
You enjoy working with people and have a passion for caring for older and dependent individuals
