Technical Employee in Building Management (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:


  • Operating technical systems in building technology
  • Coordination and execution of repairs and maintenance of building technology
  • Accompanying expert inspections
  • Safety coordination of external companies

Requirements:


  • Completed technical or commercial training
  • First experience in the management of building technology
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliability and teamwork
