Join our team immediately (by arrangement) full-time at our location in Bad Reichenhall (near Salzburg) or remotely from your home office throughout Germany as a: Program Manager Dual Studies (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • You are responsible for the development, design, and implementation of new educational programs in the field of dual studies
  • You coordinate and moderate projects and work closely with the academic management at the interface of various departments at IU, from program management, curriculum planning, course management, marketing, to the examination office
  • You create curricula and schedules and support in the creation of module handbooks
  • As an important interface, you provide input for the marketing of educational programs
  • You are also responsible for quality assurance of the existing dual studies portfolio, derive measures for program improvement, and actively drive them forward
  • For this, you monitor product performance and independently analyze market developments
  • You coordinate and moderate your own projects

Your profile:

  • You have completed a (university) degree
  • You have a strong interest and passion for modern and flexible study formats, such as dual studies
  • You successfully complete projects and know how to lead and moderate project teams
  • You have a strong interest in (digital) education and further education and are eager to continue learning yourself
  • Your work style is characterized by conscientiousness, responsibility, reliability, and teamwork
  • You are an organizational talent with a handson mentality and possess
