      As the Directorof Nursing, you will apply your dynamic abilities by:
    • Developing,maintaining, and implementing nursing policies and procedures that conform tocurrent standards, the law, and our company's philosophy
    • Directing,evaluating, and training all nursing personnel
    • Ensuringthe delivery of compassionate, quality care and nursing supervision
    • Exercisingthe overall supervision of resident assessments and care plans
    The ideal candidate will possess the following:
    • ValidIndiana Registered Nurse License
    • Twoyears of experience in a long-term care setting
    • Highdegree of leadership and management skills
    • CurrentCPR Certification
