Project Manager

Saint Paul | Contract-to-Hire | $65k-$75k

Konik is partnering with a local commercial printing and graphics company that is seeking to add a Project Manager to their team. Great opportunity for anyone in the large-scale print industry to work for a well-established company with high-profile clients in a variety of industries.

What you will do:

Schedule production meetings for complex projects
Manage project costs to ensure budgets are maintained. Review project cost upon completion of projects and compare the overall cost to agreed-upon budgets. Communicate additional production costs to sales and or clients and ensure purchase orders are updated based on project cost changes
Coordinate and follow up with installations as required
Analyze and make recommendations for improving workflow/ manufacturing plant processes where appropriate
Generate and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly order reports and inventory reports – shipping reports, shipped not billed
Process and enter requests for quotes from the sales team, /year

What you have:

BS or BA Degree in a related field, or equivalent in education, training, and experience
Three to five years' experience in a graphics/large-scale environment
Strong Excel skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
