Role Responsibilities
- Using a thorough understanding of our software's logic, develop detailed product
- Ensure alignment of product requirements with customer needs and business
- Perform data analysis to measure processes, outcomes and ad hoc analyses.
- Work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, gather feedback, and
- Actively participate in backlog grooming sessions to review and refine the product
- Attend Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand up, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning,
- Work closely with the QA team to evaluate testing, ensuring product quality and
- Advocate for usercentric product design to deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Compile, validate, and publish comprehensive product definition documents.
- Leverage product analytics to evaluate, understand, and improve product usage
- Develop a deep understanding of our product, business, customers, competitors
Qualifications
- 3+ years of prior experience in Systems/Business analyst or Product Management
- 1+ years of prior experience in UI/UX design.
- 1+ years of prior experience performing data analysis and/or business intelligence
- using SQL.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent written, verbal and presentation skills. You are
problem, ask the right questions, and gain expertise quickly.
- Demonstrated success in crossfunctional and technical communication to both
- Strong user experience instinct: you have delivered products that leverage UI/UX
- Demonstrated experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, SQL, Looker,
- Demonstrated experience working directly with customers to understand needs
- Experience working at the intersection of hardware and software is a big plus.
- Experience working at a startup is a plus.
Location
We are headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, but have moved to an office-optional work
authorized to work in the United States.
