    Description

    Job Title: Model Risk Governance Analyst at First Horizon

    At First Horizon, we are looking for a Model Risk Governance Analyst to join our strategic team. As a key member, you will be responsible for overseeing independent model risk activities such as model identification, classification, validation, issue remediation, and reporting.

    • Assist the department manager in managing all governance activities related to model risk
    • Maintain a database of models and their attributes
    • Prepare risk assessments and reports for stakeholders
    • Conduct high-level reviews of models for compliance
    • Track performance monitoring and conduct quantitative testing

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or related fields
    • Proficiency in managing databases, report design, and Microsoft Office
    • 2 years of experience in a quantitative field with risk governance experience
    • Understanding of risk assessment methods
    • Strong communication skills with business and IT leaders
