    LOCATION:
    South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane

    COMPENSATION:
    Commensurate based on experience $500 Sign On Bonus - $250 after your first pay check & $250 after 90 days


    SUMMARY:
    The coordinator will primarily be responsible for general building repair and maintenance and preparation of in-transit valuable items. They will also assist the Building Operations team as needed.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
    Moves necessary materials around job sites as assigned.

    Cleans up worksite debris Provide general maintenance and building repairs Provide general support for Building Operations This position reports to the Building Operations/Maintenance Supervisor Other duties may be assigned EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
    Must have a high school diploma or equivalent


    SKILLS & ABILITIES:
    Must be able to perform basic maintenance tasks required Work quickly and without direct supervision. Must have a problem-solving abilities Excellent organizational and communication skills, both verbal and written High ability to follow written and oral instruction Great attention to detail Box truck or step-van experience is a plus CERTIFICATES, LICENSES,


    AND REGISTRATIONS:
    Valid Driver's license


    WORK ENVIRONMENT:
    Individuals must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Must be able to lift 50-75 pounds repeatedly daily. Must be able to travel up to 20%. Available to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
