For our client, a rapidly growing IT company in Berlin, we are looking for a Junior Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) who is able to work remotely.

Salary: 70, ,000 € OTE

Your tasks

  • You drive acquisition and lead generation with full responsibility for your sales activities and work together with our sales team to ensure your goals are met
  • You conduct sales conversations and activities and are responsible for providing professional advice to your clients
  • You utilize both traditional and digital channels and find new, creative ways to fill your sales funnel and close deals
  • You contribute to strategic development and achieve your goals with the help of OKRs
  • You work closely with our account management and operations team to ensure your clients receive the best possible customer journey

Your profile

  • You are an experienced B2B salesperson, ideally with experience in technology sales
  • You are familiar with selling complex products with a long lifespan
  • You have the flexibility and skills to not only achieve quick wins, but also handle complex deals over a longer period of time
  • You are familiar with relevant business metrics and their monitoring
  • You are communicative, openminded, proactive, and have a handson mentality
  • You take responsibility and value teamwork
  • You speak
    German and English at a native/fluent level
