- Design and develop user interfaces for our digital product, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into design concepts.
- Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on design solutions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across the product.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the design process and deliver innovative solutions.
- Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary design changes.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs, while considering technical constraints and feasibility.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create visually appealing graphics and assets for promotional materials.
- Build and drive strategy
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar software.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and incorporating feedback into the design process.
- Strong knowledge of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and iconography.
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies and their impact on design.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts and solutions.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
