"Be a part of it" - with this motto, you will be directly part of our team at Karnak. We offer training in four different professions, with 6 to 12 trainees joining our Stadtwerke every year.

During your training, you will gain experience in all areas of our company related to your field of expertise. This will give you an understanding of the role each department plays in the overall energy supply process and how they work together.

Even after your training, we will support you in your development and additional qualifications such as a Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Exciting tasks await you:

Supervising the operation of the Hildorado and Waldbad swimming pools
Planning and organizing events
Conducting swimming lessons and first aid measures
Measuring physical and chemical values
Monitoring and controlling the technology
Performing administrative tasks
