Join our education team at Leland 'DeBiZet - Dernbacher Bildungszentrum für Gesundheit und Soziales as a lecturer (m|w|d) in full-time or part-time at our location in Dernbach (Westerwald).

Help us shape education by teaching and examining in advanced and continuing education courses and events. Independently develop curricula and educational content in modern learning formats. Take on the responsibility of course leadership (e.g. specialized training in palliative care for caregivers).

Act as a contact person for course participants, external lecturers, and cooperating institutions in the healthcare and nursing sector, as well as networking in specialist groups.

You are a perfect fit for us if you have completed a vocational or university education (e.g. nursing/pedagogy, psychology) and have professional experience in the field of palliative and hospice care and ethics.

You are a certified course leader for palliative care courses (German Society for Palliative Medicine) with several years of experience as a course leader or are willing to qualify in this area.

Ideally, you have completed further training as an ethics advisor in healthcare (AEM) with several years of professional experience in advanced and continuing education or are willing to qualify in this area.

You are committed and have a pedagogical repertoire for independently developing and advancing palliative and ethical teaching and learning scenarios, as well as managing the educational processes of individual participants and learning groups.
