    Job Description

    About the opportunity: Contributes to the achievement of corporate, division and team objectives by supporting the management of and executing on the definition, analysis, reporting and administration of Wellmark Technology's business processes that support the delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of one or more of the activities of the Technology Office. These functions may include, but not be limited to: Technology Contingent Labor program governance and administration, technology invoice processing, metrics, and reporting, HealthTech research and Technology communications and culture support.

    Qualifications

    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience in and ability to efficiently create a wide variety of communications for a technology-centric audience.
    • Experience producing video (ideally software training oriented) via Adobe Premiere, iMovie, Final Cut Pro, ClipChamp, Adobe Rush or similar video production tool.
    • Experience building SharePoint sites/pages and administering SharePoint sites.
    • End-to-end event coordination and administration experience, from concept through communication and execution
    • Exposure to and knowledge of a modern technology organization, operational model, roles and basic processes
    • Self-starter, ability to deal with directional ambiguity and make progress toward a goal/objective between regular leader check-ins
    • Bachelors Degree in Marketing or communications-related field
    • Experience with or understanding of non-FTE hiring/termination and administration processes
    • Experience working with and communicating with third-party vendors on behalf of the company.
    Required:
    • Bachelor's degree or direct and applicable work experience.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a role pulling reports and analyzing data; experience with data discovery, profiling, cleansing, standardization, and data quality management.
    • Experience with data manipulation techniques, new business/productivity software and light graphic design/layout software.
    • Detail oriented, self-motivated, excellent communicator, strong analytical/technical orientation.
    • Natural curiosity, and ability to provide and consult on recommendations for business decisions and solutions.
    • Proactive self-starter with effective time management skills and the ability to organize and prioritize projects or tasks
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with a strong emphasis in formulas, pivot tables and data visualizations
    • Aptitude in written communications, formatting and producing presentations, reports (data and textual), charts, and metrics.
    Additional Information

    a. Accountable for the conceptualization and execution of a variety of communications and reporting related document development exercises for the Technology Office. Deliverables may include presentations, documents, training/education materials, emails and web/ intranet content covering management and team/culture issues, general communications, KPIs/metrics, and other topics. Integrate graphic development and manipulation skills and writing skills to create, deliver, and consult on clear, concise business documents for a variety of audiences.

    b. Responsible for the preparation and analysis of reports, research, and communications documents through gathering, designing, analyzing, and summarizing data and information from both system and ad hoc sources.

    c. Collaborate, meet with or interview stakeholders to gather information for various presentations and communications. Actively engage with leadership regarding processes and provide recommendations on how to best meet project deliverables.

    d. Updates and prepares data samples, templates, PowerPoint presentations, dashboards, scorecards, and reports for stakeholders and business partners to meet the needs of the CIO and the OCIO.

    e. Responsible for ensuring source data, manipulated/cleansed data and information resulting reports/documents are delivered in an accurate and timely manner to assigned stakeholders. Review deliverables for accuracy and completeness; investigate, proactively provide recommendations on process improvements, and resolve discrepancies.

    f. Continuously evaluate and monitor the efficiency and performance of the Technology Office and make recommendations on process improvements.

    g. Provides support for Contingent Labor onboarding administrative coordination activities.

    h. Perform research to assist in project execution utilizing Internet searches and/or subscription databases. Compile research findings into formats for reports and presentations.

    i. Utilize Excel, Power Pivot Pro, PowerBI, Access and SQL to design, collect, measure, and perform quantitative and qualitative analysis.

    j. Will work periodically, as projects and specific deliverables demand, with other OCIO and Technology leaders and staff, and potentially other areas including vendor management, finance, legal, HR, procurement and other Wellmark staff as job demands require.
