    Account Executive – Acadomi – Optomi Professional Services

    With Acadomi, we are expanding our team while offering practical training, mentorship, and advancement prospects within our organization. Recent graduates will collaborate full-time with experienced recruiters and account executives to establish a solid foundation in the IT industry – from mastering recruiting techniques to account management.     Responsibilities:

    • Engage in a comprehensive 3-month training initiative alongside seasoned Recruiters and Account Executives to elevate your IT recruiting career
    • Collaborate with a Team Lead to refine your sourcing, interviewing, and candidate submission skills
    • Acquire expertise in cold calling, networking, and identifying new business opportunities
    • Establish a solid understanding of Optomi's recruitment and sales processes to transition into an Account Executive position

    What an Account Executive does at Optomi:

    • Engage with clients/companies to grasp their business needs and challenges through calls, meetings, or informal settings like coffee or lunches
    • Cultivate strong relationships with key clients/companies by showcasing Optomi's capabilities and how we can be their ideal partner
    • Act as the primary liaison between clients and the recruitment team for all hiring matters (interview feedback, updates, coordination, etc.)
    • Enhance and expand your client portfolio through effective written and verbal communication

    Basic Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    • No prior professional experience required – Comprehensive training provided
    • Demonstrated determination and a drive for success
    • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Capability to build authentic and lasting relationships with customers and consultants
