- Managing schedules for conference and community spaces, assisting department leads with set up and break down of meetings in conference rooms
- Assist in coordinating employee events such as, company holiday party, employee appreciation, etc.
- Assist Executives in filing, expense tracking, and other administrative duties
- Monitoring and ordering inventory for office and break room supplies
- Company shopping trips
- Management of food supply in office common spaces (fruit, bread station, etc.)
- Distributing mail
- Regular maintenance and restocking of breakrooms
- Greeting customers and visitors to the office, ensuring guests are comfortable and relate to the right office personnel
- Assisting with personal tasks of the Executive team
- High school diploma required
- Strong planning, organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task
- Good customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required

Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY
The Office Coordinator is responsible for managing office communications and facilitating key tasks and procedures. Their duties include maintaining schedules for all meetings and commitments, placing orders for office supplies when needed and directing both incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and letters. The office coordinator will also be responsible for assisting the Executive team with administrative and personal tasks.
