- Uploading and reconciling historical data to prior consultant
- Collecting data from hard copy statements, and electronically using various bank downloads and data files,
- Reviewing and entering collected data into our reporting system to allow for the use and creation of financial results for our clients
- Accurately calculate monthly portfolio returns and characteristics and performing various reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial results
- Creating custom reports
- Attending frequent check-in meetings with Clients and Consultants to discuss transition statuses and operational details

Job Summary:
This Performance Associate will be joining the Onboarding Team and be responsible for successfully transitioning clients from prior consultant's reporting systems.
Additional responsibilities include:
Strong communication and analytical skills are required. This is a data driven role where being able to quickly interpret financial results and discrepancies is critical. Advanced skills with Excel and having strong time management and organizational skills are a must. The right candidate must be highly dependable and have strong verbal and written communications skills. This is a great way to enter the investment field and begin to build a strong foundation of knowledge. Competitive salary and full benefits, including profit sharing and 401(k) plans. Bachelor's degree in Economics and Finance and some summer internship or prior work experience strongly preferred. Liberal Arts or Business Degree welcome.
