Team Leader (m/f/d) Production - Aviation Industry in Hatillo, PR:

RWG is an international provider of sophisticated, highly accurate technical products and services focused on the aviation industry.

Your Responsibilities:

Technical and managerial responsibility for a defined team area
Leadership, motivation and development of employees
Personnel planning
Ensuring production quality and adherence to deadlines
Identification and implementation of measures to optimize productivity, costs and quality
Participation in crossfunctional projects for technology, productivity and cost optimization using lean management methods

Your Experience:

Several years of experience in leading employees in a production facility
Skilled worker (m/f/d) with several years of production experience, further training as a master or technician in mechanical engineering advantageous
Knowledge and experience in the metal processing industry advantageous
Good knowledge of MS Office
Initiative, independence and willingness to change
Assertiveness, communication skills and resilience
Willingness to work in shifts
Knowledge of English advantageous
