Sales Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:


  • Management of customer database
  • Maintenance of price lists
  • Creation and analysis of sales reports
  • Payment control for outstanding invoices and support in processing with customers
  • Correspondence with affiliated companies, customers, and distributors
  • Preparation of quotes, order processing, and management
  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Inventory control and stocktaking
  • Placing orders for production facilities
  • Preparation and participation in trade fairs
  • Maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
  • Support for technical departments

Your profile:


  • Completed commercial training, relevant degree, or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant work experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Knowledge of French is a plus
  • Good computer skills
  • Reliability, flexibility, and commitment
  • Teamwork and communication skills
