We are looking for a:

Quality Assurance Raw Materials Employee (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

Implementation and further development of Naturland guidelines and requirements in the field of feed
Implementation of the existing feed application process (content document review)
Development, participation and management of quality assurance measures
Participation in agricultural research projects in Germany and abroad
Quality assurance visits at supplying dealers and farmers throughout Europe, especially in Eastern Europe
Representation of Naturland's interests and goals at events, trade fairs, and conferences related to quality management and feedrelated topics

Your profile

Completed degree in agricultural economics, training, or equivalent qualification, work experience preferred
Organizational skills, decisiveness, reliability, and teamwork
Communication skills and confident demeanor
Resilience and willingness to travel
Language skills in German and English, desirable knowledge of Ukrainian, Romanian, or Italian
Proficient in using common office applications on the computer
Basic knowledge in analytics is desirable
Identification with organic farming is a prerequisite
