Insurance Salesperson for Telephone Customer Service


This is your new task:
Your main responsibility is providing cross-sector telephone advice and selling insurance products - including proactively identifying cross-selling opportunities.

You create tailored offers for private customers.

You maintain close communication with our cooperation partners to ensure smooth processes.

You actively contribute to optimizing sales activities and processes and support the Gothaer agency team.


You also skillfully use customer conversations to obtain consent for the use of customer data for advertising purposes (UWG declaration).

Your strong sales affinity, communication skills, and high service mentality set you apart.

You enjoy telephone customer contact and maintain a positive attitude even in difficult conversation situations.

You have completed training as an insurance salesperson or have a comparable qualification.

You enrich our team with your expertise in the areas of property and casualty and health insurance.

Experience in sales, ideally with a focus on telephony, rounds off your profile.
