    Position Overview:

    Rubicon Water is looking for a Field Technician, open to both entry-level and experienced candidates. We are focused on hiring individuals with the right attitude and a strong work ethic.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced water management systems.
    • Conducting field inspections and system diagnostics.
    • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
    • Providing client support on system operation and maintenance.
    • Collaborating with project teams for successful project delivery.
    • Adhering to safety and environmental protocols.
    • Documenting field activities and report preparation.
    • Engaging in ongoing training and professional development.
    • Assisting with inventory and equipment management.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
    • For Technician I: 1-2 years of experience in any technical or hands-on field.
    • For Technician II: 3-5 years of relevant experience, with a track record of problem-solving and leadership.
    • Strong desire to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

    Physical Job Demands:

    This role requires working in a variety of environmental conditions, including both hot and cold outdoor settings. Candidates should be comfortable and capable of wearing a respirator and other PPE as necessary for specific tasks. The position also involves significant physical activities such as standing for extended periods, driving to various locations, walking over uneven terrain, and lifting heavy loads. Applicants should have the ability to safely perform these tasks with or without reasonable accommodations.

    Location Requirement:

    This position requires candidates to be already located within or near the designated service areas. Please note that Rubicon Water does not offer relocation assistance for this role. Candidates should have the ability to travel to various sites as needed without the necessity of relocation.
