    HOURS:
    Working 4 days (10 hours a day) from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. with 3 days off.


    STARTING PAY:
    Starting at $30.00 per hour on up, depending on experience.


    We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our Bonnell Aluminum maintenance team that is focused on improving availability, reliability, and work management practices around presses, conveyors, CNC machines, robotics, and other industrial manufacturing equipment.

    What You Will Be Responsible For:


    This role is a great opportunity to work for a leading manufacturing organization of custom aluminum extrusions and to develop your technical skillset, knowledge, and growth.


    • All activities are executed with the focus on delivering the optimum economical solution with equal priorities placed on safety, quality, and protection of the environment.
    • Maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical components in accordance with regulatory requirements and standard work instructions.
    • Successful execution of the R&M group's planned, scheduled maintenance, work management program, preventative, and predictive activities.
    • Responsible for the execution of all reactive maintenance work and activities to maximize equipment reliability, optimize maintenance costs, and reduce equipment downtime.
    • Maintain documentation and records of repairs, calibrations, and tests for existing and new equipment in the CMMS system.

    • Positive attitude and the ability to integrate and work well with others.
    • Self-motivated with a personal desire to make a positive difference.
    • Committed to maintaining and improving the life cycle of the equipment.
    • Must be able to perform duties with little or no supervision.
    • Ability to lift, push, and pull material weighing up to one hundred pounds (100 lbs.).
    • Be able to work on height up to 40' occasionally, using man lift or boom lift.
    • Be very reliable and maintain excellent attendance.
    • Innovative and committed to continuous improvements.

    What You'll Need to Have:

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Competency of mechanical systems (welding, fabrication, machining, hydraulics, pneumatics, drive systems, industrial pumping, pumps, etc.)
    • Competency or working knowledge of electrical and control systems or journeyman level skill set (wiring, panels, power distribution, PLCs, etc.)
    • State electrical/millwright licensing or technical/electrical training/schooling is a plus.
    • Innovative and committed to continuous improvements.
