- We are looking for a contracts manager to join our team and oversee the contract management process for our land development and environmental teams in support of our datacenter permitting and construction projects.
- You will be responsible for requests for the RFQ process, in addition to preparing, reviewing, negotiating and executing contracts with various parties, such as subcontractors, suppliers and consultants. You will also ensure compliance with all contractual obligations and industry standards and manage any contract-related issues or disputes.
- Facilitate Approvals: Oversee and facilitate the approval process for all contracts and related documents within the organization.
- Manage Signatures: Ensure that all necessary signatures are obtained for contracts, payments, and legal agreements. This includes tracking the signature process and following up as necessary to ensure all documents are fully executed.
- RFQ/RFP and Contract Review: Create an issue RFQ's/RPF's for services required for the projects and evaluate and compare the bids received from the suppliers.
- Contracts Management
- Data Center Land Development or consulting work in Land Development.
- Experience in contract management, contract administration or a similar role, preferably in the construction services, land development or the datacenter industry
- Combined working experience in the land development, design, permitting and construction industries

Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $140,000 - $170,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
