    The float pool department plays a vital role in maintaining the quality and consistency of patient care across the hospital by providing a versatile and adaptable workforce.

    Float pool nurses are not simply valued – they're invaluable, providing crucial support to all acute care units experiencing temporary staffing shortages including boarders in the emergency department, step down units, med/surg telemetry units, lock down psych, long-term care and many more.

    Required Qualifications:
    Graduation from an accredited nursing program

    Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire

    National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire

    1 year Nursing experience


    Preferred Qualifications:

    The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.

    These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
