Job summary
We are seeking a Custodian to provide custodial services for school and public events including set-up, opening and closing buildings.Clean bathrooms by sanitizing toilets, sinks, counter tops – sprays surface with disinfectant wipes down surface
Sanitize drinking fountains – sprays surface with disinfectant wipes down surfaces
Replace toilet paper paper towel replenish soaps in assigned areas.
Pick up trash debris recycling debris on exterior of assigned buildings Restock supplies such as toilet paper hand soap.
Perform basic maintenance duties such as repairing furniture painting wall patching replacing acoustical tiles replacing light switches repairing leaky faucets unplugging fixing toilets roof cleaning repair ceiling tiles projector setup video camera setup TV removal cabinetry shelf change out etc..
The employee works independently under general supervision of designated school administrator.
