Your Responsibilities:
- Support of internal clients, starting with their entry into the company
- Administration of specific processes related to contract management for active members and retirees of company pension plans (e.g. exits, retirements, changes to general data)
- Handling of other interesting tasks such as process optimizations or quality management
- Back office tasks, such as mailings and digital filing
- General administrative tasks
Your Qualifications:
- Several years of experience in a similar position
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Knowledge of SAP Human Resources (SAPHR) and SAP Customer Relation Management (SAP CRM) is ideal
- Desired expertise in company pension plans, as well as pension and salary calculations
- Structured, goaloriented work style and effective communication skills
- Strong customer service and team orientation, as well as a high level of initiative, assertiveness, and decisionmaking ability
