    Job Description

    The FWC team is in search of an Assistant Project Manager to support in coordinating and finalizing construction projects. This individual will collaborate closely with the Project Manager in handling all aspects of the projects: estimating, value engineering, team management, project close-out, and turnover. The Assistant Project Manager plays a vital role in ensuring successful project delivery to clients. The ideal candidate will oversee project direction, planning, completion, and financial outcomes. To excel in this role, the candidate must possess strong organizational and time management skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare, schedule, coordinate, manage, and monitor project documentation
    • Ensure compliance with codes, practices, QA/QC policies, and performance standards
    • Interact with clients daily to understand their needs and represent them on-site
    • Support estimation and bidding processes
    • Conduct quality control of work and provide regular project status reports
    • Collaborate effectively with project stakeholders
    • Review construction deliverables and take corrective actions as necessary
    • Manage project deadlines and communicate progress to key stakeholders

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a construction Project Engineer or Project Manager
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Knowledge of regulations, best practices, and performance standards
    • Ability to handle multiple discipline projects
    • Strong project management and supervision skills
    • Effective decision-making and leadership abilities
    • BS degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
    • 1-2 years of relevant experience
    • Excellent organizational skills
