    Responsibilities

    The role of Civil Engineering Project Manager with Atwell involves overseeing site/civil engineering and land development projects. This position offers the chance to collaborate with a dynamic and expanding multidisciplinary firm on land development initiatives. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in the firm's growth, providing leadership and guidance to a team of engineers and designers.

    Qualifications

    • Managing project teams and client relationships, including contract administration and project coordination.
    • Demonstrating high-energy, attention to detail, and strong technical acumen.
    • Expertise in various engineering aspects related to land development.
    • Leading projects from entitlements through to completion.
    • Handling multiple permitting processes with governmental agencies.
    • Engaging in marketing efforts to enhance the company's reputation.
    • Training, leading, and mentoring team members.
    • Holding a B.S. in Civil Engineering from an EAC/ABET Accredited University.
    • Possessing Florida P.E. licensure.
    • Having 10+ years of experience in the field.
    • Preferably familiar with AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
