- Responsible for sales performance including the GMV, revenue, market share results of the city, managing business operation teams and driving team performance efficiently and effectively.
- Develop market strategy, set results-oriented timelines to reach those goals and take financial decisions.
- Grow number of partners on the platform, handle partner development, monitor metrics, and provide reliable food delivery service.
- Grasp market dynamics and systematically deal with various market problems
- Coach and train team members to increase the individual and organizational capabilities.
- Responsible for daily operations of the city.
- Drive business results and hold teams accountable for KPIs and meeting targets
- Supervise the daily work in the city and be responsible for team performance evaluation
- Responsible for instructing, training, coaching and developing operation team including business development department, marketing department and delivery operation department
