Job Summary:
Are you an organized individual that believes in delivering exceptional customer service?
Job Duties:
- Processes in excess of 800 orders per month
- Takes and processes telephonic orders, payments, receipts, and refunds
- Greets walkin clients
- Provides price quotes and an estimated completion date
- Acts as liaison between clients and industrial shops
- Generates, tracks and reconciles purchase orders
- Completes data entry utilizing specialized merchandise tracking software (EPICOR)
- Generates reports
- Follows up with clients regarding products, services, orders, payments, and special requests
- Resolves customer complaints
- Assists Sales Department with processing and tracking special orders and shipments
- Meets with and processes orders for the general public pertaining to furniture upholstery, wood and metal furniture refurbishing, and other custom product refinishing
- Provides upholstery, stain, and paint availability/options and defines scope of work
- Coordinates transportation of items, delivery date, and pickup
- Maintains electronic and hard copy files
- Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information
- Reconciles purchase orders, payments and deliveries
- Trains/oversees inmate workers
- Reviews work product, rectifies order discrepancies
- Attends meetings and training
- Drives on State business
- Performs other duties appropriate to the assignment

- Coordinate and manage large orders
- Learn to use ACI financial accounting system software (EPICOR)
Selective Preference(s):
- Two (2) years of customer service experience
- Knowledge of ACI products, services, accounting system, and state procurement and sales regulations
Pre-Employment Requirements:
Employment is contingent on the selected applicant passing a background investigation and a drug test.

Retirement:
Positions in this classification participate in the Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS).
Enrollment eligibility will become effective after 27 weeks of employment.
