At Stadtwerke Würzburg AG, we are currently seeking a Department Manager for our Heating Power Plant (m/f/d) at our location in Würzburg.

Your responsibilities:

  • Ensuring proper operation of the heating power plant, combined heat and power plant, heating plants, and virtual power plant
  • Contributing to the transformation process towards generating renewable thermal and electric energy
  • Monitoring compliance with emission control, object protection, water protection, and occupational safety regulations
  • Monitoring financial plans
  • Creating, evaluating, and analyzing key performance indicators
  • Determining and monitoring load management, maintenance concepts and work
  • Managing and monitoring procurement of materials and external services
  • Developing and managing projects
  • Advising and supporting the executive board in technical processes
  • Managing employees
  • Participating in on-call duty
