We are looking for a shift leader in production (m/f/d) for our client, a renowned company in the Darmstadt area.

Requirements:

  • Successfully completed training in the field of electrical or metal engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Experience as a shift representative and/or shift leader advantageous
  • Ideally, a master's degree or similar qualification
  • Ideally, experience in personnel management
  • High level of social competence and communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a fully continuous shift system
