    Job Description
    A fast-growing online retailer is looking for an Ecommerce Staff Accountant who has at least one years' related experience. This position offers significant room for growth, and chance to take on an impressive amount of responsibility.


    Job Duties:

    • Use of accounting software for GL accounts, A/R, A/P, journal entries and adjustments, PO and invoice processing, credit card and bank reconciliations, monthend reporting and closing process, quarterly sales tax filings, vendor and customer account maintenance.
    • Collaborate with and prepare documents for thirdparty CPA firm for monthly payroll and yearly corporation tax filing.
    • Collaborate with other team members to develop standards so entries are accurate and properly entered, assist in resolving account issues, and assist in running reports.
    • Run and create monthly reports on company's various finances, and use said data to provide insight and offer recommendations for improvements.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Skills/Qualifications:

    • Certificate or degree in finance or accounting, preferred with minimum of one years' related accounting and bookkeeping work experience.
    • Advanced written and spoken (English) communication and administrative skills, Mandarin speaking preferred.
    • Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software such as Quickbooks.
    • Exceptional timemanagement, planning, and administrative skills and has ability to organize and prioritize workload.
    • Strong work ethic with an enthusiastic spirit and outgoing character, high degree of energy, detailoriented character, selfmotivation, and flexibility.
    • Applicants must be able to work both individually and with an intimate team as well as being comfortable at multitasking.
    • Experience in an ecommerce or sales company is a plus but not required.
