We are currently seeking a full-time
Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) to join our team in the
Claims Processing department.


Remote work is possible


Minimum pay of $25/hour
Our client operates in the energy industry and specializes in modern electricity, natural gas, and heat supply in Bavaria.

Your responsibilities:


  • Processing of passive claims for 7 customer centers
  • Updating/entering claims in SAP
  • Handling of reports regarding the claims
  • Coordination of damage repairs with our service teams

Your profile:


  • Completed vocational training (preferably as an electrician or commercial employee with technical understanding)
  • Professional experience and relevant expertise preferred
  • Good IT skills (MS Office), SAP experience desired
  • Assertiveness and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Precise and structured way of working
  • Team spirit, high level of commitment and independence
  • Good telephone communication skills
