Your responsibilities will include:

Processing of purchase orders
Creating inquiries and reports, as well as analyzing data
Participation in developing procurement strategies within the assigned product category
Contacting potential new and alternative suppliers
Tracking and maintaining deadlines, processing order confirmations
Conducting independent price negotiations with suppliers in your product category
Sanctioning of missed deadlines
Continuous monitoring and improvement of delivery quality, continuous improvement process (CIP)
Participation in handling internal and external complaints
Checking invoices for discrepancies
Further development of existing processes in the area of commissioning and processing after thorough training

Your qualifications:

Completed commercial training (tax clerk or office management clerk with a focus on accounting)
Successfully completed technical or commercial training
Purchasing experience
Good knowledge of MS Office applications and experience with SAP
