Posting Summary
- Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Student Financial Aid Counselor for the Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences (RBHS) Financial Aid Office.
- Provides administrative services for the processing of financial aid and counseling services of all students enrolled in academic programs at RBHS.
- Formulates financial aid award packages using established federal, state and/or university policies.
- Determines and approves financial aid eligibility using latest online technology and its responsible for complete accounts of financial aid records.

Minimum Education and Experience - Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One (I) year of professional experience in student financial aid.
- Equivalent experience, education and/or training may be substituted for the education requirements.
Certifications/Licenses
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience with networked mainframe and PC systems.
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
