The company is headquartered in Leverkusen and offers all essential services related to traffic safety projects.

This includes comprehensive consulting and necessary approval procedures for all traffic safety facilities, installation and dismantling, marking work, and digital traffic management solutions.

AVS is represented at over 30 locations nationwide and employs around 850 people.


For our team in
Leverkusen, we are currently looking for a full-time (40 hours/week) employee in debt management (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.


What you will be doing with us:

  • Monitoring and managing debts, including collection and enforcement procedures
  • Identifying and analyzing payment delays, defaults, and other debt risks
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies for debt collection
  • Negotiating payment plans and agreements with delinquent customers
  • Collaborating with internal departments such as accounting and legal to take legal action if necessary
  • Maintaining customer relationships and providing professional customer service for inquiries about payment obligations
  • Creating reports and analyses on debt performance
