We are currently looking for consultants with a focus on fraud prevention for our location in Hamburg, East Rancho Dominguez, CA.

Your role:

  • You are responsible for early detection of fraudulent applications and credit card transactions, using various systems.
  • You report all fraudulent transactions to Visa and Mastercard and process fraud charges on card accounts.
  • You handle and resolve transaction disputes.
  • You review and respond to external security inquiries.
  • You communicate with customers via phone and other channels.
  • You work with various customerrelated IT systems.
  • You actively contribute to improving and standardizing customer service processes.
  • You handle all administrative tasks as needed.

What we're looking for:

  • Ideally, you have some experience in communicating with customers via phone and in writing, or you feel confident in doing so.
  • You have at least two years of experience working on
