    AXIS PORTABLE AIR LLC IS CURRENTLY HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING:

    Job Type: Full-time

    Remuneration: $90,000.00-$120,000.00

    As a Regional Sales Manager at Axis Portable Air, you will be a key player in overseeing sales teams across multiple locations in a designated region. Your role will involve driving business growth and managing a team of outside sales representatives. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong leadership skills, industry expertise, and effective communication to nurture a high-performance culture and achieve company goals.

    Responsibilities:

    Sales Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company objectives and maximize revenue.
    • Discover new business opportunities, monitor market trends, and stay abreast of industry advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
    • Establish and sustain a strong sales pipeline through efficient prospecting and lead generation.
    • Collaborate with various teams to devise innovative sales tactics and customize solutions to meet customer needs.

    Customer Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and maintain solid relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
    • Regularly visit and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Address customer issues promptly and effectively, aiming to exceed expectations at every interaction.
    • Act as a trusted consultant, providing expert insights on products, services, and industry trends.

    Team Leadership and Development:

    • Lead, guide, and inspire a sales team within the designated region, fostering a culture of excellence and driving individual and team accomplishments.
    • Set clear sales targets, provide continuous coaching, and conduct regular performance assessments.
    • Identify training needs, organize workshops, and training sessions to enhance the skills of the sales team.
    • Promote collaboration and communication among team members and across departments to optimize results.

    Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis:

    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and market positioning.
    • Analyze sales data and market feedback to identify improvement opportunities and formulate effective sales strategies.
    • Offer insights and recommendations to senior management on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated track record of at least 5 years in sales, with a focus on business development and key account management.
    • Experience in rental and/or sales of portable heating and cooling equipment preferred.
    • Strong leadership abilities to motivate a sales team effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and stakeholders.
    • Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

    Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for sales activities management.
