Regional Sales Manager – Northeast U

Regional Sales Manager 2.

Moonachie, NJ 3.

Goals:
Achieve highest possible market share in the assigned territory for selling RONDO portfolio and partner dough processing equipment solutions

5 Territory:
Northeast U

SA 6 Market Segment:
Retail and mid-sized wholesale bakeries

7 Responsibilities:
Maintain and create new customer accounts. Phone/video call customers to engage them and promote equipment solutions. Visit customers for face-to-face meetings to advance opportunity discussions, including make presentations to customer groups. Coordinate demonstrations and tests in RONDO's Moonachie-NJ Dough-how Center. Maintain opportunities and report on customer visits and key updates utilizing CRM. Participate in regional and national trade-shows and conferences. Keep track of competition and report on their developments. Follow RONDO's guidelines for booking travel and expense reporting. Be a Team player, support colleagues as needed, other tasks as requested by management. 8.

Requirements:
Five (5) years' experience selling bakery equipment solutions. Experience working as a baker is a plus. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business or engineering.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. Experience with a CRM system, SAP C4C is a plus. Ability to travel with overnight stay approximately 30% domestically, and occasionally for international trips. PI2fd57c6ab33d
