Knowledge Manager (m/f/d) at our Naturland Academy Your responsibilities:
Providing professional support and coordination for international educational activities, projects, and project proposals Managing the Academy's content experts and freelancers Capacity development and training for actors and organizations in organic farming Establishing and coordinating a network of Naturland demonstration plots and farms Creating educational and training units, learning content, and materials (in English and other languages)

Providing professional assessments, conceptualization, and evaluations for relevant topics related to organic farming, standards, etc. Developing and conducting international conferences, seminars, conferences, and further education opportunities in various formats (in-person, hybrid, online, etc.) Coordinating and implementing educational activities in projects as a short-term expert Composing and revising professional publications Your profile:

Successfully completed agricultural science degree with additional qualifications in adult education and practical experience in organic farming or gardening In-depth knowledge of cultivating different (including tropical/subtropical) crops, best practices, climate resilience, etc.

Several years of professional experience in adult education and/or development cooperation, ideally also internationally Excellent English skills, good German skills, and knowledge of Spanish/French/Italian are desirable Willingness to travel We
