Description

Our IT operations at Lake Tanglewood consist of nationwide data centers and over 700 servers, as well as a hybrid cloud infrastructure. This is where we keep all components and applications running smoothly, successfully supporting ROSSMANN's digital processes. Whether it's connecting stores and logistics centers to headquarters or providing systems, we always find the right concept to meet the needs of our departments. We also handle the setup of workstations at our headquarters and various locations.

What you'll do with us

Identify requirements and needs of employees for the digital workplace and related products such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Confluence, and Jira
Create user stories and prioritize the product backlog for our "Digital Workplace" product
Develop and implement digital workplace solutions using Microsoft 365 products such as Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Viva, as well as Confluence and Jira
Collaborate with IT teams and other stakeholders to identify potentials for improvement
Continuously improve and optimize the digital workplace from an employee perspective
Accompany the department on-site in their daily work to identify potentials for improving the digital workplace
