A challenging task

  • As the leader of the organizational unit, you will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary management of the team, including guiding and motivating employees while adhering to legal and internal regulations for occupational health and safety.
  • Developing the team members, especially identifying training and qualification measures, is also part of your responsibilities.
  • You will also be responsible for communicating the team goals derived from the company's objectives, as well as managing and monitoring measures to achieve them.
  • You will actively manage interfaces, exchange expertise, and coordinate team and cross-organizational tasks and processes.
  • Your responsibilities also include budget and cost planning for the team, quality monitoring, and ensuring consistent technical planning.
  • You will also be responsible for developing technical guidelines and processes, as well as all tasks related to technical planning for customer, strategic, and operational projects.

A convincing background

  • You have a technical university degree, preferably in telecommunications, geosciences, or a related field, and extensive technical knowledge and experience in the field.
  • You are proficient in using MS Office and ideally have knowledge of ARGIS, FNT Command, FME Server, and various GIS applications.
